A. Having picky eaters at home can make mealtimes challenging. You can sneak veggies into meals, but sometimes it’s easier to tell your kids that you thickened the sauce with puréed carrots or added minced broccoli to the chili so they realize that the vegetables are not that scary and can be very tasty.
