Can vitamin and mineral supplments replace real fruits and vegetables?

Fruits and vegetables are the best way to include important vitamins and minerals in  your diet.   Fruits and veggies also have many other health benefits. Check out our Top Ten Reasons to Eat More Fruits and Veggies. Vitamin and mineral supplements can give you the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals you need, but will not be able to give you all the health benefits that fruits and veggies can give you.
