Can you substitute a yogurt for a fresh fruit in serving sizes?

I’m afraid not. While fruited yogurt contains some fruit, you’d have to eat several cups of yogurt to get a serving of fruit. You might try making a smoothie with yogurt and frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables. It will taste like yogurt, but you can add one or more servings of fruit. You can find some great smoothie recipes here.
