I’m afraid not. While fruited yogurt contains some fruit, you’d have to eat several cups of yogurt to get a serving of fruit. You might try making a smoothie with yogurt and frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables. It will taste like yogurt, but you can add one or more servings of fruit.
