contrary to everybody else,I eat all day abd do not gain. I am only 87 pd. I would love to gain weight, is there a Nutrition list wich tells me the calories for each listing? I hope you can help
Many people would love to have your problem! It is hard to say how much you should weigh and how many calories you need without knowing your height, age, gender and activity level. You can find calorie levels of individual foods at the UDSA Nutrient Database here and can create a personal nutrition plan at My Pyramid.gov. You can also Google "calorie counts in foods" to find several websites that offer calorie counts, or purchase a book with calorie listings from your local bookstore.
