do I need to wash my veges after I cut them or slice them, especially onion, tomato, cucumber?Which veges (like potatoes) should be washed after peeling?

It’s actually better to wash your fruits and veggies BEFORE you peel, cut or slice them. Use a vegetable brush for those things that have been in dirt like potatoes and carrots and other root vegetables, as well as watermelon and other melons. You shouldn’t need to wash them afterwards if they are washed well beforehand. You can see some tips in our Video Center.
