Do you a recipe that uses frozen edaname in a salad or side dish?

Edamame is another name for soybean. They are an excellent source of protein and also contain iron, vitamin A and vitamin C. Edamame can be eaten as a snack or tossed into salads, stir frys or soups. You can find edamame either fresh in the produce department or frozen. If frozen they can be microwaved briefly and then used. Currently we do not have a recipe that uses edamame.
