Does freezing fruit reduce the nutrients in them? What about canning?

Any type of processing has the potential to reduce nutrient content. However, the amount lost when fruits, and vegetables, are frozen or canned is very small, and they are comparable to fresh in nutrient value. Further, produce is canned and frozen right after harvest, when the nutrient content is at its peak.
