What fruits and veggies can I eat to support fertility?

Q. how can I increase fertilitysuggests me fruit. and veg

A. Human research is scarce concerning reproductive health. We do know, however, that men and women both need folate for red blood cell growth and antioxidants to protect cells. Folate can be found in leafy green vegetables such as kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts, as well as asparagus, strawberries, beans (like pinto beans), artichoke, beets, and cantaloupe. Antioxidants are prevalent in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables including raspberries, pomegranates, blueberries, carrots and purple cabbage. Making sure that ½ of what you eat every day is fruits and vegetables, about five cups a day, can assist your body in getting key nutrients that support fertility.
