Good morning,can I consider these industrial juices( Minute Maid, Tropicana… ) at supermarket shelfs as a fruit portion ? Thanks
All forms—fresh, frozen, canned, dried, and 100% juice—count towards your daily fruits and vegetable recommendation. Choose fruits juices that contain 100% juice. While consuming 100% juice is nutritious for you (and certainly a convenient and tasty part of a healthy diet), it’s also important to consume whole fruits and vegetables (including canned, dried or frozen) to ensure you are getting adequate fiber.
