Grilled Avocado, Tomato & Feta Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Pit and slice avocado. Thinly slice tomatoes and cheese. Layer avocado, tomatoes and cheese slices on bread. Pepper to taste and add second slice of bread. Repeat for each sandwich. Heat small amount of oil in not stick pan. Grill on each side until bread is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
Complete this Plate: Serve with an 8 oz glass of nonfat milk and a side of grapes.
