A. Coconut not processed with added sugar can be part of a healthy diet. A 1/4 cup of shredded unprocessed coconut meat contains 100 calories and 9 grams of fat. It’s a good source of fiber, with 3 grams per 1/4 cup. Fiber helps maintain heart health, lowers cholesterol, and supports regular digestion. Although it is a good source of fiber, moderate your consumption, especially if you are watching your weight and saturated fat intake.
 
I am not aware of the health benefits of black seed.
