Hello Doc,Just wanted to know the fruits that are rich in magnesium. Searched a few websites but couldn’t find the right source.

Some of the best food sources of magnesium come from nuts, beans, and spinach. Our Best of: Magnesium list gives a list of several of the fruits and vegetables that are good sources of magnesium.
