Hello I read somewhere that is better to eat citrus fruit in the morning can you plese tell me why?Thank you

The time of day that you eat food has no impact on how it is metabolized.  However, there can be food/food interactions.  For example, the vitamin C in citrus fruit helps absorb the iron from other foods, like meats, vegetables, and grains, but the foods need to be eaten together.  For example, oranges eaten with iron fortified cereal enhances iron absorption from the cereal.  If this same meal were eaten later in the day, it would have the same effect.
