Hi, my son is 5 years old and is autistic. I have a hard time getting him to eat anything healthy. I want to know if I put fresh vegetable or fruit in a recipe that needs to be cooked or baked, do I lose all of the nutrients in the fruit or vegetables and is it worth it. thank you, laurie
