hi there im getting myself a little confused, i thought that everyone had to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day, is this correct? when i looked up how many my 3 year old daughter needs i thought i read 1 cup? Please could i have some advise?
The previous recommendation was 5 – 9 servings a day, but they were increased in the 2005 Dietary Guidelines as science suggests that intake of fruits and veggies is associated with good health.
