Hi,I am a RD doing some research on the nutrient content of some foods grown in Africa. Where would I look to get current nutrient analysis of:marula nut and flesh, horned cucumber, Kalahari cucumber, wild medlar, mongongo nut and flesh, busveld melon, sour plums, morama beans, bush beans, monkey orange, Kalahari raisins, and desert truffle? thanks for your help. Karen

I’m sorry, but PBH is not familiar with these African fruits and vegetables, and we have no reliable nutrition content for them. You can search the UDSA Nutrient Database here and you might look on the web for nutrition databases from other countries. Good luck!
