Hi,I would like to know which food is high in magnesium and Iron, and wht food is recommended for restless leg syndrome

As yet, there are no specific dietary recommendations for restless leg syndrome. It is generally recommended to eat a well-balanced diet and in some cases, to avoid caffeine and alcohol. However, it is best that you check with your doctor about treatment recommendations. Meat is a good source of iron; to see non-meat sources of foods high in iron, click here. Foods that are good sources of magnesium include dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale, and whole grains, nuts and seeds.
