How can I pack a healthy school lunch?

Q: for my lunch at school what I can bring that is it healty please? thankyou:)

A: A healthy eating plan features nutrient rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and low fat dairy products.   You may also want to check out the Dietary Guidelines for Americans which outline in detail dietary recommendations depending upon age, sex and level of physical activity.
