Our site does not contain a recipe for fried green tomatoes. However, a quick internet search turned up many sites that have recipes for fried green tomatoes. In general, you dip tomato slices into flour, then beaten eggs, and then either cornmeal or bread crumbs. Then the breaded slices are pan fried in a little healthy oil for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until brown. There are also recipes for baking the breaded tomato slices in a 350 F. oven for about 25 to 35 minutes in order to reduce the amount of fat added. To keep them healthful, use limited amounts of oil for cooking; avoid using solid fats such as butter or bacon fat for cooking.
