How do I ripen pears? Peaches? Cantaloupe? Watermelon? Green grapes? Thanks!

Watermelon and grapes should be harvested at full maturity since they do not further ripen after being removed from the vine.
Cantaloupe ripens after harvest but does not increase in sugar content. Ripen on kitchen counter at room temperature.
Peaches: ripen in a fruit bowl on the kitchen counter or in a brown paper bag for faster ripening.
Pears: Watch our video on ripening pears
