I am a fan of boiled peanuts. Are they healthy?

Half a cup of shelled, boiled peanuts contain 286 calories, 12g protein, 20g fat and 8g fiber. They are an excellent source of magnesium, manganese and copper and a good source of folate, thiamin, vitamin E and zinc.
