i am a filipino and i live in the philippines waht kind of fruits here in the philippines would like to eat for me as a diabetic person

All fruits can be part of a diabetic diet. Most tropical fruits are sweet so need to be “counted” as part of your carbohydrates, but they are also brimming with nutrients that you need to be healthy. Some fruits will raise your blood sugar more than others, and it will vary depending on what else you eat at the same time. You may want to get help from a dietitian to plan your meals – check with your local hospital to see if they can direct you to one.
