I am over 40 and have never been a big vegetable eater but, I want to start eating more healthy but a lot of healthy recipies calls for vegetables I don’t like or eat. what do I do?

Depending on the recipe, you may be able to substitute some of the vegetables you do not like for ones that you do like. This may, however, alter the taste!
