I am the health promotion coordinator for our new organized health mininstry and I am planning a calendar of events, and I see that September is Fruit and Veggie More Matter Month and would like to have material to present to our faith-base community on fruits and veggies, planning and shopping, cooking, getting kids involved and healthy resources available.

I am so glad that you are going to celebrate Fruits & Veggies—More Matters Month! We have tons of education materials available in our catalog and on our website. We also have a special educators section on our foundation website that can also provide you with educational activities and packets! Our Top 10 Lists are great additions to packets. Check out our Top 10 Healthy Ways to Cook Fruits & Vegetables—it’s always a great sheet to have on the refrigerator. Our P.A.C.K Program is also a creative way for parents and their children to learn about the benefits of eating a variety of colors and forms of fruits and vegetables. Visit our Kids Activity section for more ideas of fun ways to get kids to eat MORE fruits and veggies!
