I do understand and follow the combined nutritional importance of fruits and vegetables, being a vegetarian myself. I also maintain a healthy weight, but would like to know about anti aging fruits/veggies. Now that I turned 40, I am seeking to know what are the truly tested fruits/veggies that can surely help fight wrinkles and sagging skin, since I donot want to use cosmetics and would rather go the natural and safe way. Any suggestions would help.

I’m afraid that there are not any fruits, vegetables, or any other foods that prevent wrinkles or sagging skin. Wrinkles are caused by many factors, including smoking, your life-long exposure to the sun and your genetic makeup. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables and maintaining a healthy weight are two very important steps to maintaining your overall health including that of your skin, as are regular exercise and getting enough rest.
