I don’t really like fruit although I love veggies. Any ideas to painlessly get more fruit in my diet?

Both fruits and vegetables offer a variety of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial compounds. Therefore, if you love vegetables, you are probably meeting your daily recommendation for vitamins and minerals. Try a variety of different fruits (there are over 100 varieties in our database), add them in with vegetables you already love, or choose fruits with a milder flavor, such as pears, cantaloupe, or mangos. Smoothies are a great way to meet your daily recommendation for fruit, or add raisins and nuts for a sweet and salty antioxidant packed treat (see recipe)!
