I grew up in the South, and my mother didn’t expose us to many vegetables and the ones we had were usually seasoned with pork. If I were to lists my likes and dislikes, could you maybe suggest some vegetables for me to try?Likes: potatoes, corn, lima beans (most beans) blackeyed and purple hulled peas, french style green beans, iceberg and romaine lettuce, onions, green peppers and tomatoes(cooked).Dislikes: english peas (hate), carrots, mushrooms, greens, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli (unless dipped in fattening dressing), olives,cucumbers, tomatoes (uncooked). I really want to start eating more vegetables but I don’t know which ones to even try or how to cook them.
