I have a bad habit of needing to snack at my desk. If I have a bag of baby carrots at my desk and snack on them. will I take in to many calories.

No, you will not take in too many calories by eating a bag of baby carrots.  Snacking on fruits and vegetables throughout the day is a great way to get important nutrients in your diet.  A half cup of carrots contains 25 calories, therefore it is a great low-calorie snack.
