I have a nutrients chart for fruits and veggies. I would like to know how the fat grams are calculated and if it is calculated for cooked or uncooked?

There are 9 calories per gram of fat.  Therefore, the number of grams of fat are multiplied by 9 to get the amount of calories from fat in the food.  The fat grams in your chart are most like calculated for uncooked fruits and veggies.
