I have a problem with constimpation.. All Doctors tell me i need a diet high in fibers how can i start?

Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are good sources of fiber. Click here for fruits and vegetables that are good and excellent sources of fiber. Click here to find out how many servings of fruits and vegetables are recommended each day. It is also important to drink enough fluids as this also helps to reduce constipation. Try to drink whenever you are thirsty. Regular exercise is helpful in “moving things along” and even a simple walking program can make a difference. Good luck!
