I have an allergic reaction to all fruits except citrus fruit. What can I do about getting daily servings of fruit.

There are many citrus fruits that you can include in your diet.  Try oranges, clementines, lemons, limes, tangerines, and grapefruit.  Our Fruit and Vegetable Recipe Search will provide you with ideas for including these fruits in your diet.
