I have IBS so beans are something I can’t really eat. What other high plant protein fruits and veggies are there.

Dried peas and beans are the best source of vegetable protein. If you are unable to eat beans, you can get plant protein from tofu and textured soy protein products, soy milk, nut butters and whole grains.
