i know that fresh is best but what do you think about using a product such as JuicePlus to fill the gaps?

Research has shown that supplements do not provide the same health benefits as eating whole foods. Therefore, it is recommended that you consume whole foods whenever possible. Remember, all forms (fresh, frozen, canned, dried and 100% juice) of fruits and vegetables are equally as nutritious for you! Feel free to enjoy your fruits and veggies anyway you like (juicers are always great when you’re in a hurry). What really matters is that you are eating your daily recommendation! Try some of our other ways to easily add in fruits and veggies and our quick 30-minutes or less recipes!
