I like dried apricots and Prunes. Being dried, are these still good for me?

Absolutely! Dried fruits only contain less water. Since they are more condensed, an equal amount of dried fruit has more calories than an equal amount of canned, frozen or fresh fruits. However, dried fruits still contain the fiber and nutrients. Dried fruits are a convenient way to keep a healthy snack on hand when on the go.
