I love and eat seveal yellow, red and orange sweet peppers per day. I am having some trouble with my creatinine being too high could this be the problem?

No, it is not likely that your creatinine levels are related to your sweet pepper intake every day. Creatinine is a by-product of the break-down of creatine, a naturally-occurring amino acid found in the body, and is usually used as a determinant of kidney function. We mostly acquire our creatine/creatinine intake from meat, fish and dairy products.
