I make veggies for dinner every night…but they get cold very quickly – sometimes before we’ve finished eating dinner. Do you have any tips for having them retain their heat for a longer time?

Especially during the winter when it’s cool inside, food tends to cool quickly. You might try preparing the veggies last so they are still hot when served, or serving them in a small, covered container which will reduce the rate of cooling.
