I think jicama is a “Mexican potato”. My friend says it is a Jerusalem artichoke. Who is right? I love it raw in salads.

  1. It just occured to me. When she makes the amonld milk, you know how there was that amonld and date pulp left inside? You could use that as granola! You could grind the seeds and walnuts just before the desired consistency, then add in the amonld and date pulp along with the cinnamon, do a little more grinding together and voila! Minimal waste!!!!
