I used to enjoy Sunchoke….I can’t find it anywhere. Do you know where it grows and where to find it??

Sunchokes (Jerusalem Artichokes) are native to North America and have their peak season in the fall and winter. You might see them sporadically until fall. If you Google “sunchokes” you might find a source in your area.
