I wanted to know if eating lots of fruit on a daily basis will make me gain weight, or wont let me lose weight because of all the sugars and carbohydrates in fruit. I have hear that if you are on a diet you should only eat one piece of fruit a day. Instead, I should be eating vegetables. Is any of this true?
