I wanted to know if eating lots of fruit on a daily basis will make me gain weight, or wont let me lose weight because of all the sugars and carbohydrates in fruit. I have hear that if you are on a diet you should only eat one piece of fruit a day. Instead, I should be eating vegetables. Is any of this true?

Fruits, like vegetables, can be very helpful in weight loss. They are low in calories and high in fiber, which makes you feel full for longer. How much you should eat every day depends on your age, sex and activity level. You can find out how much you need by clicking here.
