i was given a karobi looks like a round root vegetable and i don’t have any idea how to cook this thing but always up for challenge. Can any one help?

Kohlrabi can be eaten raw or cooked. To eat it raw, wash thoroughly then peel, slice and add to salads, slaws, or vegetable platters. To eat it cooked, you can peel, chop and add it to stir fries, soups or stews; or steam/boil until crisp or soft (your preference). Enjoy!
