I would like to no if watermelons are good for diets and are they high in calories, fat,and carbs sodium.

Watermelon is good for diets. Two cups of watermelon (diced) contain 80 calories, 0 fat, 21g carbs (17 of them sugar) and no sodium. Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamins A and C and contains lycopene, a phytochemical that is good for health. It also provides small amounts of potassium, magnesium, fiber and B vitamins.
