i’m diabetic, how much carbohydrates i need per carrots juice is not suitable for have thyroid problems?

The amount of carbohydrate you need per day will depend on a number of factors including your calorie requirements, blood sugar control, medications etc. You should consult a registered dietitian or certified diabetes educator who can help you with meal planning. A registered dietitian can be found at, or your physician or local hospital may be able to recommend someone.
Drinking carrot juice is not a problem for people with thyroid problems. However, it does contain carbohydrate and should be considered when planning meals for diabetes.
