I’m thinking of buying a VitaMix blender. One of the claims is the seeds and skins of vegetables have the most nutrition. Is this true, do you get more nutrition if you eat it all?

Juicing is one way to help meet fruit and vegetable recommendations. Ingesting blenderized seeds and skins may have nutritional benefits such as adding fiber and extra nutrients. In some cases the skin and peels may have a negative impact on the flavor. Consuming the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis will provide you with the all of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
