is there a good source to references when trying to determine how much natural fats are in veggies and fruits? I know some veggies/fruits have more natural fat than others where can I find a list to show these?

Most fruits and vegetables are low very low in fat, with the exception of avocados and olives. The fat in these two items are considered “healthy” fats. Our Fruit and Vegetable Database has information about specific fruits and vegetables. You can also find nutrition information in the USDA Nutrient Database.
