is there a table or chart showing what time does to the nutrients in fruit and veggies under proper storage? thanks.

The proper storage length for fruits and vegetables is dependent on the form (fresh, frozen, canned, dried and 100% juice) of the fruit or vegetable. Our Fruit & Veggie Storage 101 has a list of the general rules of storage for each form. Our Fruit & Veggie Database has specific storage recommendation for each fruit or veggie. Our Fruit & Veggies Produce Wheel has selection, storage and nutritional information for the top 25 fruits and vegetables. This is great tool to have in your kitchen for easy access to all of your storage questions. When handled and stored properly, fruits and vegetables lose very few nutrients.
