It seems that people split over the idea on the benefit of soy. What is the solution?

There is some evidence that soy protein in the daily diet may fight coronary heart disease, the number one cause of death in the United States. When included in a low-fat and low-cholesterol diet, it may help to lower cholesterol. Other reported benefits of soy are less clear since they are not always confirmed in studies, and this adds to the confusion.
