I’ve seen many ads for the ‘green bags’ that claim to keep fruits & veggies fresher longer. What is your opinion of them? Are they worth the money? Thanks!

Green bags are said to work because they absorb and remove ethylene gas, which is produced naturally by fruits and vegetables, but accelerates ripening. I have not yet had the opportunity to try them. Click here for tips on storing fruits and vegetables.
