Can Jackfruit be Wrapped in Plastic Wrap While Refrigerated?


Q. Jackfruit can be stored in refrigerator.Should it be wrapped in news pepper or plastic wrap?
A. Yes, after you prep your ripe Jackfruit, the pods and uncut chunks can be wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator and the freezer.  Pods can be refrigerated for up to seven days and be frozen for more than 2 months.
