Incredible Edible Veggie Bowls

These veggie bowls are great for after school snacks!

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1 3/4
Think Variety; Think Color: Red, Yellow/Orange, Green


1 green, yellow, or red pepper

1 celery stalk

1 carrot

1 Tbsp salad dressing, low-fat


  1. Cut pepper in half (from side to side). Clean out seeds center from the inside. One half will be the bowl.
  2. Cut the other half of the pepper into skinny slices.
  3. Cut the carrot and celery into skinny sticks about 4 inches long.
  4. Place the 1 Tbsp of salad dressing in bottom of veggie bowl.
  5. Put celery sticks, carrot sticks, and pepper slices into the pepper bowl. Start with the sliced veggies and finish with the veggie bowl!
