1 package of either fresh or frozen spinach
pine nuts
sundried tomatoes
olive oil
feta cheese


Fresh or frozen spinach, drained of moisture. Sautee with pine nuts, basil, sundried tomatoes in olive oil...sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve.
